With over 20 years of experience in digital technology across retail, e-commerce, finance, and investment banking, our founder established this company to address critical gaps in the Japanese market. Our journey is deeply rooted in Japan, where the founder spent 16 years working with major corporations in Digital Transformation (DX), application and web development, technology consulting, business intelligence (BI), machine learning, and DevOps.
The Catalyst for Change
Unlocking DX for SMBs: Our journey began in Tokyo, where our founder led a 240 million JPY digital transformation project for a mid-sized retailer. Big consulting firms were out of reach for many SMBs, he built a high-performing offshore team and successfully delivered the DX project. This sparked our mission: Make high-quality digital transformation accessible and affordable for Japanese SMBs.
Redefining tech recruitment: Along the way, he uncovered another challenge, Japan’s tech hiring gap. Often, companies received unqualified candidates due to recruiters’ limited technical knowledge. We set out to fix this. Today, we combine deep technical expertise with strategic recruitment to provide thoroughly vetted talent, including full-time hires, contractors, and offshore teams, helping businesses move faster.
